490.015 Duties of the department.--
(1) All functions reserved to boards under part II of chapter 455 shall be exercised by the department with respect to the regulation of school psychologists and in a manner consistent with the exercise of its regulatory functions.
(2) The department shall adopt rules to implement the provisions of this chapter.
