- How do I change my Internet home page to flsenate.gov?

Internet Explorer
- On the Menu Bar, click Tools.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the General Tab.
- Click in the address box and type http://www.flsenate.gov/
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
Netscape Navigator
- On the Menu Bar, click Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- On the left side of the screen select Navigator.
- On the right side of the screen locate Home Page. Type http://www.flsenate.gov/.
- Click OK.
- How do I print a long document from Internet Explorer 5 to the HP ii printer?
- The HP ii does not have enough memory to print a long document. Only five (5) pages at a time can be printed.
- On the Menu Bar, click File.
- Select Print.
- Locate Pages From and type in the first page number of the five page numbers.
- Press the Tab key.
- Type in the last page number of the five page numbers.
- Click OK.
- Repeat these steps until all needed pages have been printed.
- Why is it that every time Internet Explorer5 is opened, an error message opens indicating flsenate.gov is unable to be displayed?

- Select Internet Options.
- In the middle of the page under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
- At the bottom of the page under History, click Clear History.
- Click OK.
- On the Desktop, right click the Recycle Bin.
- Select Empty Recycle Bin.
- Click Yes.
Netscape Navigator
- On the Menu Bar click on Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- On the left side of the screen click the + to the left of Advanced.
- Click one time on Cache.
- On the right side of the screen click on Clear Memory Cache.
- Click OK.
- Next click on Clear Disk Cache.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
- What do I do if I lose top and bottom of Internet Explorer?

- Press the F11 key. The view could have been changed to Full Screen.
- Or, hold down the ALT key and press the Space Bar one time and release the ALT key. This should drop down a menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- Select Restore.
- If neither of these options works reboot your PC.
