3 61.13005, F.S.; prohibiting entry or
4 enforcement of an order of child support in
5 certain cases when DNA testing indicates that
6 the person against whom the order is sought is
7 not the child's parent; providing an effective

910 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
1112 Section 1. Section 61.13005, Florida Statutes, is
13 created to read:
1461.13005 Child support proceedings; DNA testing.--In15any proceeding in which liability for child support is at16issue, an order imposing such liability may not be entered or17enforced when the results of DNA testing indicate that the18person against whom the order is sought is not the child's19parent, unless that person has adopted the child.20 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
