514.06  Injunction to restrain violations.--Any public swimming pool or bathing place constructed, developed, operated, or maintained contrary to the provisions of this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance, dangerous to health or safety. Such nuisances may be abated or enjoined in an action brought by the county health department or the department.
