564.04  Labeling regulations; wine.--The division is fully authorized to make and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations governing the labeling of all wines containing 0.5 percent or more of alcohol by volume, which rules and regulations shall not conflict with the federal regulations pertaining to such labeling.
