Title XXXVII INSURANCE Chapter 636 PREPAID LIMITED HEALTH SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS AND DISCOUNT MEDICAL PLAN ORGANIZATIONS View Entire Chapter 636.220 Minimum capital requirements.— (1) Each discount medical plan organization must at all times maintain a net worth of at least $150,000.
