320.824  Rules and regulations, changes and modifications of standards.--

(1)  The department may make such rules and regulations as it shall deem necessary or proper for the effective administration and enforcement of ss. 320.822-320.90 and may adopt and promulgate any changes in, or additions to, the standards adopted in s. 320.823 or s. 320.8231, which are approved and officially published by the institute or promulgated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development subsequent to the effective date of this act.

(2)  The department or its authorized agent may enter any place or establishment where mobile homes are manufactured, sold, or offered for sale, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the requirements of the code and the regulations adopted by the department have been met.
