Funeral Directing, Embalming, And Direct Disposition |

470.018 Renewal of registration of direct disposer.--
(1) The department shall renew a registration upon receipt of the renewal application and fee set by the department not to exceed $250.
(2) The department shall adopt rules establishing a procedure for the biennial renewal of registrations. The board shall prescribe by rule continuing education requirements of up to 3 classroom hours, in addition to a board-approved course on communicable diseases, for the renewal of a registration.
