633.524  Certificate fees; use and deposit of collected funds.--

(1)  The initial application fee for each class of certificate shall be $300. The biennial renewal fee for each class of certificate shall be $250. The fee for certificates issued as duplicates or to reflect a change of address shall be $5 each. The fee for each examination or reexamination scheduled shall be $100.

(2)  All moneys collected by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to this chapter are hereby appropriated for the use of the State Fire Marshal in the administration of this chapter and shall be deposited in the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.
