339.147  Audits by Auditor General.--The department is authorized to reimburse the Auditor General for the expense of any audit of the department when the funding of such audit is specifically provided for in the appropriations act. A copy of any such audit shall be filed with the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives for the use and benefit of the members of the Legislature.
