348.0009  Cooperation with other units, boards, agencies, and individuals.--Express authority and power is given and granted to any county, municipality, drainage district, road and bridge district, school district, or other political subdivision, board, commission, or individual in or of this state to enter into contracts, leases, conveyances, or other agreements within the provisions and purposes of the Florida Expressway Authority Act with an authority. An authority may enter into contracts, leases, conveyances, and other agreements, to the extent consistent with chapters 334, 335, 338, 339, and ¹340, and other provisions of the laws of the state and with 23 U.S.C. ss. 101 et seq., with any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality of the state and any and all federal agencies, corporations, and individuals, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Florida Expressway Authority Act.
