391.0315  Benefits.--Benefits provided under the program shall be the same benefits provided to children as specified in ss. 409.905 and 409.906. The department may offer additional benefits for early intervention services, respite services, genetic testing, genetic and nutritional counseling, and parent support services, if such services are determined to be medically necessary. No child or person determined eligible for the program who is eligible under Title XIX or Title XXI of the Social Security Act shall receive any service other than an initial health care screening or treatment of an emergency medical condition as defined in s. 395.002, until such child or person is enrolled in Medicaid or a Title XXI program.
