403.9551  Affected local government; powers and duties enumerated.--The affected local government shall have the following powers and duties in relation to this act:

(1)  To determine the sufficiency of applications for project site certification as they pertain to meeting the agency nonprocedural standards relating to local comprehensive plans and land development regulations.

(2)  To amend a local government comprehensive plan pursuant to s. 403.9615.
