F.S. 796.04796.04 Forcing, compelling, or coercing another to become a prostitute.—(1) It shall be unlawful for anyone to force, compel, or coerce another to become a prostitute. (2) Anyone violating this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
