Section 408.038, Florida Statutes 2000

1408.038  Fees.--The agency shall assess fees on certificate-of-need applications. Such fees shall be for the purpose of funding the functions of the local health councils and the activities of the agency and shall be allocated as provided in s. 408.033. The fee shall be determined as follows:

(1)  A minimum base fee of $5,000.

(2)  In addition to the base fee of $5,000, 0.015 of each dollar of proposed expenditure, except that a fee may not exceed $22,000.
