721.28 Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund. ---

All funds collected by the division and any amounts paid as fees or penalties under this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund created by s. 498.019.
