282.106  Use of SUNCOM Network by libraries.--The State Technology Office may provide SUNCOM Network services to any library in the state, including libraries in public schools, community colleges, the State University System, and nonprofit private postsecondary educational institutions, and libraries owned and operated by municipalities and political subdivisions.
