Section 100.381, Florida Statutes 2002

1100.381  Constitutional amendments or revisions other than initiatives; fiscal impact statement.--For any amendment or revision proposed pursuant to Art. XI of the State Constitution other than an initiative, the Revenue Estimating Conference shall prepare a fiscal impact statement as provided in s. 100.371(6) no later than 80 days before the election on the proposed amendment or revision. The fiscal impact statement must be separately contained and be set forth after the ballot summary as required in s. 101.161(1).
