381.0261  Distribution of summary.--The ¹Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services shall have printed and made continuously available to health care facilities licensed under chapter 395, physicians licensed under chapter 458, osteopathic physicians licensed under chapter 459, and podiatrists licensed under chapter 461 a summary of the Florida Patient's Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. In adopting and making public the summary of the Florida Patient's Bill of Rights and Responsibilities, health care providers and health care facilities are not limited to the format in which the ¹Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services prints and distributes the summary.
