400.4174  Reports of abuse in facilities.--When an employee, volunteer, administrator, or owner of a facility has a confirmed report of adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation, as defined in s. 415.102, or child abuse or neglect, as defined in ¹s. 415.503, and the protective investigator knows that the individual is an employee, volunteer, administrator, or owner of a facility, the agency shall be notified of the confirmed report.
