483.031 Application of part;
exemptions. ---
This part applies to all clinical laboratories within
this state, except:
(1) A clinical laboratory operated by the United
States Government.
(2) A clinical laboratory that performs only waived
tests and has received a certificate of exemption from the agency
under s. 483.106.
(3) A clinical laboratory operated and maintained
exclusively for research and teaching purposes that do not involve
patient or public health service.
