40.30  Requisition endorsed by State Courts Administrator or designee.--Upon receipt of such estimate and the requisition from the clerk of the court, the State Courts Administrator or designee shall endorse the amount that he or she may deem necessary for the pay of jurors and witnesses during the quarterly fiscal period and shall submit a request for payment to the Comptroller.
