Title XXV AVIATION Chapter 330 REGULATION OF AIRCRAFT, PILOTS, AND AIRPORTS View Entire Chapter 330.33 Penalties.—Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the rules or orders issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
