1009.76  Ethics in Business Scholarship Program for state universities.--The Ethics in Business Scholarship Program for state universities is hereby created, to be administered by the Department of Education. Moneys appropriated and allocated to university foundations for purposes of the program shall be used to create endowments for the purpose of providing scholarships to undergraduate college students enrolled in state institutions of higher learning who register for one or more credit hours in courses in business ethics and who have demonstrated a commitment to serving the interests of their community. First priority for awarding such scholarships shall be given to students who demonstrate financial need.
